Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ClientForth handles information for business account holders and customers who submit service requests.
Information we collect
We collect account and business details, customer request information, quotes, messages, uploaded photos, usage records, consent evidence, and support communications needed to provide and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to operate ClientForth, deliver requests and estimates, secure accounts, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Who can access it
Customer request information is available to authorized members of the business receiving the request. Infrastructure providers process data only to deliver contracted services. Private attachments use time-limited signed links.
Cookies and analytics
Our marketing website (clientforth.com) uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site. Google Analytics is not linked to your ClientForth account or to any customer request information submitted through the product.
Analytics cookies are not set until you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner shown when you first visit. If you choose “Reject,” or take no action, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control shown on the site, or limit tracking further through your browser’s cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention and security
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, tax, contractual, and legal purposes. We use tenant isolation, access controls, encryption in transit, private storage, and audit records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
